Click on a name below and meet the St. Paul Winter Carnival East Winds!  These fine gentlemen have represented the City of St. Paul with great pride and enthusiasm at hundreds of Festivals around the great state of Minnesota, the U.S. and Canada during their annual reign in the St. Paul Winter Carnival Royal Family. Their fun and silliness is presented throughout the year as they continue to participate in many parades, festivals and community events as the ‘East Wind Organization’.  Watch for them at parades on the ‘Genie Bus’, where they are sure to be handing out purple beads!
